Who we are

korekore is made by Second State Inc., 7401 W Slaughter Ln, Suite 5076, Austin, TX 78739, USA. For anything about your data, email vibekeys-customer-support@secondstate.io.

When you visit

korekore.ai sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. Like any website, the servers that deliver it see your IP address and browser: Cloudflare hosts the site, and Google Fonts serves its fonts.

When you order

Checkout runs on Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought, and we use them to ship your order, send order and shipping emails, handle exchanges and support, and keep the records tax law requires. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your card number.

The box and the apps

The box and its apps never see your work. Agent hooks forward only session and turn IDs, event names and the working directory, never prompts, replies, transcripts or tool results, and by default only to your own computer. Update checks send your platform and version numbers, nothing else, and can be turned off.

Who else sees your data

Only the services that do the work above: Stripe (payments), the shipping carrier (your name, address and phone, to deliver), Resend (our emails), and the companies that host our website and order system. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as we need them for support, exchanges and tax law.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing vibekeys-customer-support@secondstate.io. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We're based in the US, so your data is handled there.
